Who we are

Apple Buy Guide (applebuyguide.com) is operated by --. We are an independent Apple news curator: we collect headlines and short excerpts from public RSS feeds and link every story to its original publisher. You can contact us at webmaster@applebuyguide.com.

What data we process

• Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type, and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. These logs are automatically rotated.
• Outbound click statistics. When you click through to an original article, we record the article and time. Your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash, and click records are deleted after 90 days.
• Aggregate visit statistics. We count page visits on our own server without cookies. Each visit is recorded under an irreversible hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, making it impossible to follow a visitor across days. Raw records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept.
• Your cookie preference. Stored in a cookie so we don't ask you again.

We do not require accounts and we do not sell personal data.

Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to help us understand how the site is used. IP addresses are processed by these providers according to their own policies.

Advertising (only with your consent): we may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, including personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Third-party content

Article images may be loaded directly from the original publisher's servers, which means those servers see your IP address, as they would if you visited the publisher directly. Every article page links out to the original publisher, whose own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example when advertising is enabled. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
